Brief:
Produce HD video footage to express that the Rollnet can be played anywhere.
Answer:
The Rollnet is a compact ping pong net that can be clipped on any surface. The goal of this project was to give the feeling that the Rollnet was played all around the globe. Yet at the same time, we had strict budget constraints to adhere to!
So we selected 3 unique places around us:
Kashgar (West China) for its Muslim community
Shanghai (East China) for a Chinese feel
and Boracay (Philippines) to get some tropical views
Each of them had different weather, environments, people and offered various ways of playing ping pong on many kinds of improvised tables: elevators, tuktuk, airport counter, tricycle, street stalls… With the rollnet, the only limit is your creativity!
Result:
The movie was broadcast on the Rollnet special site and in all Decathlon stores around the world, from France to China! It was also used for a TVC in Italy.
